  Incredibly poor customer service from Taylors letting agency on Albany Road.
  
  Very happy to take your money but will ignore and disregard any concerns you may have once in the property.
  
  All representatives that I dealt with came across as very deceitful (Once told my partner that I had cancelled the delivery of a bed they had promised us when I hadnt even had access to their contact details!) and used underhand tactics to make us pay dubious fees
  
  Would advise anyone looking to rent to steer well clear of using this branch.
