- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor quality service.... Dear owner...... No patch test was offered for the tint application. Hair over processed. Dry and frizzy. Had to,wash bleach out of my hair as it was not removed properly and left hair matted and scalp itching. No hair cut, even though I paid for the service. When I complained, i was told that bleach does that and I was offered an additional paid service to rectify over process. No offer to cut my hair..... Again this was in the package price. Im appalled. Evidentially I know more about hairdressing than the owner does. Avoid at all costBy Admin, May 19, 2017
