Absolutely shocking and poor service. We went in over weekend, sales guy was sitting idly, asked for help, he just didnt care or want to understand what was being asked. Ordered online as it was the cheapest we found and thought we didnt have to deal with the sales person. Customer journey is dreadful online, was given a date for delivery, was then emailed asking to phone, when phoned and left message no response for two days. Phoned back and sales guy made excuses instead of admitting that their online sales process is confusing. Never again, like the review below, no stars if I could! Extremely poor due to lack of service both offline and online.
