- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I live in Cardiff and have bought fish here on many occasions. With respect to price- they can be competitive sometimes but not with salmon. ( cheaper and similar quality at morrisons) However the customer service here is atrocious- some staff here are rude and arrogant. I find them quite disrespectful towards people of different cultural backgrounds ie Chinese and Asian. In the last 3 yrs I have shopped here and spent 100s of pounds at the least, I have only had one friendly experience. The only reason I have continued to shop here is because the prawns are priced competitively- but Ive now found another place for this and wont be shopping here again!By bb, November 05, 2018
