  Awful company. Had issues about 6 years ago with splints for my son and vowed never to use them again. Seems the NHS is now using them. After wearing his orthotics twice, one split open on the front which resulted in my son hitting his head when he fell. We went down to see d they could just stick them back together as he can’t walk without them and they wouldn’t even listen to us. None of their business, has to go through NHS. So now to wait for a massive wait so they can then be sent to exactly the same place we just visited. They don’t care about people and the impact their decisions have. He’s a kid and now he’s stuck in a wheelchair. Thanks for nothing.
