- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★An agent cold called and offered cavity wall insulation, i eventually agreed but checked that they would use beeds and not wool which they said they would, a couple of days before i phoned their office and was assured that they would use beeds and not wool, but when they came to do the work i noticed that they were using wool so told them to stop imediately while i phoned their office. Iwas told that wool is what they usually use and i would have to pay to have the wool already put in to be extracted and then pay for the beads. Do not trust them as they will mislead you and use cheaper product even when they assure you that they wont.By Admin, May 23, 2017
